Also, maybe it’s just the conversations I’m seeing online, but maybe the fandom is getting a little less crotchety about strict adherence to canon? The SNW Enterprise is clearly not the TOS Enterprise, even though it predates it (and the hallways aren’t even the DIS Enterprise), so maybe folks are chilling?
