↳ In-reply-to » @tim Yeah, this one went the other way. I was wondering why Mastodon artists seemed less present lately. Turns out it's just someone deciding to end relationships for others.

@aredridel@kolektiva.social FWIW in general I trust the mastodon.art admins’ judgment in things like this… they don’t in my experience block lightly. But I can’t speak for them on this or any other block of course. (Nor am I suggesting we have any intent to block kolektiva from here! I trust them to do what they think is right for their users, which is not always what’s right for mine or anyone else’s).

@aredridel@kolektiva.social lol, I totally understand that. My point was more that I have a policy of not judging other admins’ decisions (their instances are theirs to run), but ultimately, as a user of an instance, you absolutely can, and should, care about what your admins are going to do.
