@ocdtrekkie@oliphant@thisismissem What I’d like to eventually see is an additional “generate your own” option that lets you pick trusted and bias sources yourself. Trusted sources are concatenated and de-duped to build a large “bank” of blocks, and bias sources whittle that down to the most-blocked instances.

I also think eventually blocking needs to look a bit more like a network firewall, where you’d have various types of threats (including IPs, individual user patterns, etc.) that you can subscribe to feeds of and Mastodon just does :something intelligent: with it.
